Shane Argo
CEO
Shane is a co-founder of All the Ducks. He has spent his entire career working for universities, either directly or as a consultant. In these roles he has been responsible for the delivery of many successful projects, including Learning Management System extensions and cloud-native LTI applications.
Shane looks forward to assisting universities to use digital transformation to continue to drive enhanced student experiences.
Lucinda Thomson
Customer Success Manager
Lucinda recently developed and implemented innovation laboratories, “the Futures Observatory” at the University of Western Australia and the "Digital Aquarium" at Swinburne University. These laboratories provided both a physical and online environment for academics and staff to experience the latest and future disruptive technologies associated with teaching and learning. She also has extensive experience selling software solutions designed to address and innovate her client's requirements.
Lucinda is interested in how All the Ducks supports the changing requirements of universities as they restructure their operations to support new modes of delivery due to the broad adoption of short courses and new funding requirements.
Ian Wright
Program Manager
Ian works with All the Ducks as Program Manager. This is a broad role that ties together many activities that contribute to the cohesive operation of All the Ducks. Whether it's participating in business planning, conducting project reviews to distill 'lessons learnt', contributing to tenders and reports, running planning meetings, facilitating the daily ‘stand ups’, managing hiring processes or writing blog entries, Ian loves his role with the Ducks.
More than twenty years experience leading teams introducing educational technologies into learning and teaching in Higher Education has given Ian deep knowledge of university dynamics and governance.
