As we take on additional work, All the Ducks is looking to employ an additional software developer. This position offers a great opportunity to join a small and growing team where you’ll be able to apply your creativity, coding expertise and problem solving skills to help refine existing products, create new ones and work with the latest technologies.

We are looking for a person who is:

• already technically competent and able to learn new technologies quickly;

• comfortable with working independently on assigned tasks;

• a positive ‘people person’;

• able to exercise initiative; and

• happy to learn from and share expertise with colleagues.

While offered as a full time position to be filled within the span of ‘business hours’, we are happy to discuss variations such as reduced hours to match school hours.
